OVERVIEW

Need Powerful Indoor Heat Without Fuel, Fumes, or Added Moisture? This 65,000 BTU Electric Heater Delivers Clean, High-Output Heat to Keep Your Jobsite Warm, Dry, and Productive

When smaller electric heaters aren’t enough, the L.B. White VOLT™ 18-1 delivers the heating capacity needed for larger work areas and more demanding applications. With up to 65,000 BTU/hr of output, it gives contractors and restoration professionals a powerful way to bring temperatures up and keep work moving in cold conditions.

Its fully electric operation means you get heat without burning propane, diesel, or kerosene. There are no combustion fumes at the point of use and no added moisture from burning fuel, making it well suited for indoor construction, restoration, remodeling, and other applications where clean, dry heat is important.

With up to 900 CFM of airflow, heated air is pushed throughout the space instead of staying concentrated around the unit. That combination of high heat and strong airflow makes it especially useful for temporary jobsite heating, accelerating drying and curing, freeze protection, or maintaining temperatures while permanent HVAC systems are unavailable.

The built-in ambient thermostat allows temperatures to be adjusted from 32°F to 100°F, giving you control as conditions on the job change. A rugged powder-coated steel housing, stainless-jacketed heating coils, industrial-grade fan, and high-quality sealed motor provide the durability needed for regular professional use.

Designed for 240V single-phase power, this heater brings substantial electric heating capacity to jobs where three-phase power may not be available. Be sure to confirm the proper electrical service and connection before use, then put that power to work delivering dependable heat without storing fuel, managing refills, or introducing combustion exhaust into the work area.

FEATURES
  • Two-Stage Heating – 45,000 or 65,000 BTU/hr
Choose between 13 kW (45,000 BTU) and 19 kW (65,000 BTU) of heat to better match changing conditions on the job. This gives you serious heating capacity for construction, restoration, workshops, temporary HVAC needs, freeze protection, and other commercial applications without running at maximum output when you don’t need it.

  • Clean, Combustion-Free Electric Heat
Get high-output temporary heat without onsite combustion, fuel spills, or fuel odors. The VOLT™ 18-1 is especially useful for enclosed work areas, drying projects, and applications where you want heat without introducing combustion exhaust or additional combustion moisture into the space.

  • Up to 1,000 CFM of Forced Airflow
Select between 590 and 1,000 CFM to move heated air through the work area instead of simply warming the space immediately around the heater. The industrial-grade fan helps make the VOLT™ 18-1 a strong choice for larger work zones, drying applications, and areas that need directed temporary heat.

  • Integrated 32°F–100°F Thermostat
Set the temperature for the job with an integrated ambient thermostat offering a wide 32°F to 100°F operating range. Whether you’re maintaining minimum temperatures for freeze protection or creating warmer conditions for crews and drying work, you get more control over how the heater operates.

  • Built for Demanding Commercial Environments
A powder-coated steel housing, stainless-jacketed heating coils, industrial-grade fan, and sealed motor give the VOLT™ 18-1 the durability needed for repeated commercial use. Overheat protection at 104°F adds another layer of protection, and the unit is UL approved.

  • 208/240V Single-Phase Power
The VOLT™ 18-1 operates on 208 or 240V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 81 amps at 19 kW or 54 amps at 13 kW according to L.B. White’s specifications. At 62 lb. and 32" L × 14.5" W × 20.5" H, it packs substantial portable heating capacity into a relatively compact unit—but buyers should confirm compatible voltage, circuit capacity, and electrical connections before putting it to work.
