  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • No Restocking Fee : We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns.
  • Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping.

Accepted Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • New Condition: The item(s) must be unused, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at sales@hcairsolutions.com with your order number and details of the return. 
  2. Receive Instructions:
    • Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Use the provided label to ship the item(s) back to us. We cover the cost of return shipping.

When your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions with the correct return location.

Refund Process

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the return status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
  • Return processing timelines may vary depending on product type and shipping transit time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help:

  1. Damaged on Arrival:
    • Note the damage with the delivery carrier, take photos, and email us at sales@hcairsolutions.com within 24 hours so we can process the claim quickly.
    • We will arrange and cover return shipping and send a replacement.
  2. Incorrect Items:
    • Email us with your order number and details of the issue.
    • We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct item(s) at no extra cost.
