At HC Air Solutions, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value on air quality equipment. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures you always receive the most competitive price available—covering the total cost of the item, including tax, shipping, handling, and any additional fees.

How To Qualify?

To be eligible for a price match:

  1. Provide proof of a lower advertised price within seven (7) days before or after your purchase with HC Air Solutions.

  2. The competing price must be a standard advertised price, not tied to temporary promotions or special discounts.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • This does not include rebate programs or specific retailer programs such as buy three get one free type offers or any combination such as that are not eligible.

  • The item will need to be in stock from the competitors site that you’re submitting the information from.

  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location (warehouse, showroom, or physical location).

  • The website cannot be a wholesaler, liquidator, distributor, or auction website. Examples are eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Liquadation.com, Via Trading, overstock, etc.

  • The competitor must also be someone who has been authorized by the supplier and/or manufacturer to resell the product you are inquiring about.

  • Must also include the product listing price and the shipping total, but will exclude any sales tax that gets added at the final purchasing invoice.

  • Pricing errors (ours or competitors’)
